- The final day of the WCCEE2010 will be a joint event with the first day of the 9th ASEE Global Colloquium at the Marina Bay Sands on Tuesday, 19 October 2010.
- WCCEE 2010 delegates who wish to participate in the second and third day of the 9th ASEE Global Colloquium on Wednesday and Thursday can register with ASEE directly. The additional registration fee is USD500.
- WCCEE 2010 delegates are entitled to the Opening Reception on Monday’s evening as part of their registration package.
- Spouses/Unregistered Guests of WCCEE 2010 delegates can register for the Opening Reception at USD50.
- Participants can always register onsite at the Marina Bay Sands, from Monday, 18 October to Thursday, 21 October.

A Chinese 8-course dinner (no pork/no lard) will be served. Special dietary requests may be arranged for delegates who have informed the organizer before the conference and are subject to the restaurant ability to fulfill these. We will not be able to cater for last minute or on-site requests.
- Coaches/Buses will depart from Engineering Auditorium to the Kent Ridge Guild House at 5.45pm
- Coaches/Buses will depart from Kent Ridge Guild House to Marina Bay Sands at 9.00pm

Transportation Arrangement
- The pickup point from Marina Bay Sands to NUS on 17 and 18 October 2010 (Sunday & Monday) will be at the Coach Terminal, Basement 1, Hotel Tower.
- The departure timing will be 8.30am for both days.
- Delegates are to assemble at the Coach Terminal 5 mins before departure time. Please wear your name badges at all times for identification.
- NUS staff/student will be stationed at the Marina Bay Sands Coach Terminal for assistance. He/She will be carrying a NUS signage.
- For 19 October 2010, transportation will be arranged from NUS to Marina Bay Sands for delegates who are staying near NUS.
- The pickup point is the Engineering Auditorium and the departure time is 8.00am.
- Please assemble at the Engineering Auditorium 5 mins before departure time.
- NUS staff/student will be available for assistance.
- Please note that we will NOT arrange any transportation back to NUS on 19 October 2010 at the end of the day.
- For delegates who wish to go to NUS directly from their hotels, it is a 20-30 mins taxi ride from the city to NUS and the estimated taxi cost is about S$15.
